There are rumors going around that the Union have traded for goalkeeper Chirs Seitz for money allocations. And while it is unlikely that many of these players drafted will eventually be starting, it appears as if the Union have a good start and are saving some money to sign a big name or a big foreign player or something.
These will revealed a few days ago, but instead of googling Philadelphia Union and finding hideout predicitons people made, check out what the actual kits for the Union will like.

Only 4 months away until the Union kick off in their first game. Jungite Aut Perite!
Ugh...no Toronto FC players chosen.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping this would be our way of sending Nick Garcia or Chad Barrett packing. Nope. Guess I'll be getting more own goals from Garcia and more misses from Barrett.
Go Philly I guess.
Nope, no TFC players chosen. They were 1 of 5 teams that did not lose any players today. Apparently the Union were not looking for players that score own goals. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI probably should have added this in the first post but our first game is the next MLS game to be played and it's at Seattle on March 25 (why does MLS schedule a new expansion's team 1st game ever on the road?).
First home game is DC United.
I can't wait for those wins, er, games against Toronto FC! ;-)
