I'm personally hoping for Dirk to have a big game and for Dallas to win, just so "Dirk NoRingski" can stop trending on Twitter.

2011 NBA Finals Schedule

Well the NBA Finals are here and for the first time that I can remember, they are starting before the Stanley Cup Finals. It's the Mavs and the Heat playing for the trophy. Personally, I am rooting for the rapture to happen and to take both of these teams and their fanbases with them, but I also rooted for the 76ers to beat Wade, LeBron, and Bosh. Fortunately, they did that. Unfortunately, they could not beat Joel Anthony, and thus the Heat won. So that goes to show how much my rooting impacts things. Anyways, here is your schedule with announcers. For once the NBA have not gone insane with their schedule. Live blog Tuesday night. Be there or be square. (all times ET)

Mark Cuban Guests Hosts WWE RAW; Gets Bodyslammed Through A Table

While it is hard to believe that WWE Raw is still doing the guest host bit, last night they had entrepreneur and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban hosting the show. Now Mark Cuban has been on WWE before and has done a similar stunt that ended up with him being RKOd by Randy Orton, so should it come as no surprise that when WWE got Cuban to guest host Raw, that a similar result would happen. Now it was not Randy Orton doing it this time, but when Mark Cuban decided to push an off-balance Sheamus after Sheamus knocked out John Cena, Sheamus retaliated in kind.

I think Sheamus is now a heel in Dallas and a face everywhere else in this country....

Anyways, while you certainly don't need me to tell you it's WWE and that what you just saw was a planned stunt where no one (intentionally) got legitimately hurt at all, it still is funny to see someone with the ego the size of Cuban's get "knocked out", even though knowing Cuban, chances are it was his idea to do a stunt like that in the first place.

We Have A Buzzer Beater Sighting In The NBA Playoffs

And not only that, but it caused quite a bit controversy in Big-D! It's 105-103 Dallas with 6 seconds left. Cue Carmelo Anthony....

I don't think there is any doubt that there was a foul before the shot and Melo should have gone to the line instead of winning the game, but alas, what can you do? Although I must say that seeing as it is Dallas, the sympathy that I feel for them is very little to say the least. The Nuggets now lead the series 3-0 and will have a chance to sweep the Mavs on Monday.
