Earthquakes during a Major League Baseball game......if this sounds familiar, it absolutely should. The Loma Prieta Earthquake infamously occurred before Game 3 of the 1989 World Series. And now much less famous, the Earthquake that struck Virginia this afternoon and was felt from Raleigh to Cleveland to Canada, occurred during a Mariners-Indians baseball game in Cleveland.
