What is up with all these darned Philly fans? They have taken numerous baseball fields by storm this season with their needless trespassing, and now, they have set their sites on a new victim. Yes, there is no better way to enjoy a hurricane than by running outside in it, crossing a TWC camera, and showing all the world your junk. I'm not sure which is funnier, the dudes prancing around or the reporter's reactions to the dudes prancing around. Then again, I guess if you were forced to do a live televised report in the middle of a hurricane and a bunch of dudes pranced along in the middle of said report with one showing you his ass and junk, you would be irritable as well.
