Will we see another classic LLWS championship moment today? Last year we had a blowout for a title game, but the past few years before that were all classics. Some of the most iconic images that ESPN/ABC uses have come from this event. So let's get to it!
World Series Championship: Chinese Taipei vs. Chula Vista, CA 3:00 (Lamade Stadium - ABC - Brent Musburger and Orel Hershiser)
And with a huge hat tip to the ESPN Little League World Series Facebook page, your starting pitchers for tonight's game are.....
Chinese Taipei: Chin Ou
Chula Vista, CA: Isaiah Armenta
Enjoy the game and leave comments!
P.S. Any comments that are political in nature or are attacking Keith Olbermann, Bill O'Reilly, complimenting me for that post alone, or attacking me for that post alone will not be allowed and you will be banned from commenting. This is a LLWS live blog, let's keep it at that!
Congrats to Chula Vista and hats off to the Chinese Taipei team. I think/know that the US teams have it wayyyy easier (with the exception of a Hawaii and Alaska team)(BTW when Guam makes it to the LLW which they do sometimes, technially they should be put into the American pool)then the other counties, especially the Asian countries.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your time
GIANTS WON TODAY!!!! I SAW EDGAR FUCKING RENTERIA HIT A GRAND SLAM!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYa I officially give the wild card to the Giants.....as for them having a shot at the Phils, you're about to see an un-slumping Phils team at home. Be the fuck prepared for a loss or three. BTW there is no need to fear Phillies fans (know your going to game) we just do minor hackling.
